CCPT Clinic Hours of Operation (by appointment): 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (last appointment 4:30 pm)

Tuesday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm (last appointment 2:00 pm)

Thursday: 7:30 am - 12 noon (last appointment 11:00 am)

*CCPT attempts to schedule treatment within 24 hours of weekday referral and appropriate approval/verification of healthcare benefits.

 *CCPT will always try to accommodate patients with respect to their work hours and special needs for service.

2. CCPT maintains contracts with most national and state health insurance companies and is a Medicare provider and Workers Compensation provider.

 3. CCPT maintains a close relationship with referring medical practitioners by routinely mailing/faxing Therapist Evaluations and Progress Reports, and by coordinating Discharge Plans.
