Crescent City Physical Therapy (CCPT) is a physical therapist owned, outpatient physical therapy practice established in 1983 to serve the rehabilitation needs of patients in the Greater New Orleans Area.  CCPT is committed to its mission of helping patients achieve optimal function in a cost-effective manner.  This sincere desire of CCPT to service the needs of patients and referral sources has ensured that its mission will continue to be realized into the future.

Service and Patient Care are the hallmarks of the CCPT practice.  From start to finish, CCPT strives to ensure the rehabilitation experience is as easy as possible for patients.  All of our staff work together to make this happen from registration to insurance authorization, to patient care, to patient education, to regular communication with your referring physician, through discharge to home exercise programs, and to our outcomes measurement process.  Our entire  CCPT staff works in tandem to meet each patient's special needs and to help make the physical therapy experience a happy and memorable one.  We are always grateful when our former patients choose CCPT again, and/or refer their family and friends to our professionals routinely. We do not take your trust in CCPT for granted.

Measuring our Quality is another integral part of our service that is offered to our patients, their physicians and to our community of payers.  CCPT participates in a National database called Focus On Therapeutic Outcomes (FOTO).  FOTO measures the effectiveness of treatment, assists in cost containment and ensures the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction.  We are proud to have been recognized nationally for our participation in this program and to have Patient Satisfaction ratings that regularly exceed national standards at more than 98%.
